Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from fragrance or marks, and returned with original packaging or tags where applicable. Products showing signs of wear or alteration may not be accepted.

Approved refunds or resolutions are processed after the returned item or issue is reviewed. Delivery charges, payment gateway fees or courier charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
